Aim for an Effective AND Efficient Workout
How nice would it be if the time we had to spend in the gym equaled the number of exercise variations? Trick question. It really wouldnโt be super great. Who wants to spend hours and hours in the gym? Personally, Iโd rather be spending time outside, enjoying a craft beer with friends, cooking a new … Continue reading Aim for an Effective AND Efficient Workout
Four Mistakes Youโre Probably Making While โDoing Absโ (And What to Do Instead!)
The abs. When working with clients, itโs one of the most frequently referenced places that people want to lose fat. Progress Intelligently
If you do the same things youโve always done, you will never change and grow and make progress to become different than youโve been. As humans, we like comfort. But thatโs not the important part or where we will find success. The … Continue reading It’s the Climb.
The Number on the Scale is JUST a Number
I donate plasma and a recent experience while donating inspired todayโs post. The majority of the advice and conversations regarding health and fitness make me chuckle to myself when Iโm there, but this one really got me thinking. Before we get into it, letโs set up a little context. For those unfamiliar with the process, … Continue reading The Number on the Scale is JUST a Number
The Confidence Gap
This weekโs post is specifically for the ladies. Gentlemen, keep reading if youโre interested, or share it with a close friend, spouse, or coworker! I referenced this in a recent Instagram post. Your Trainer Struggles Too
When this article came to mind on my early drive to work one Tuesday morning, the working title was โYour Trainer Struggles, Just Like You.โ But, as I started writing, I realized Iโm not here to say anyoneโs struggles are the same as otherโs. Theyโre not. Even when comparing two people with seemingly identical life … Continue reading Your Trainer Struggles Too
