help achieve their goals. The ultimate evidence is only found after a trial period. The perfect program can look great on paper, but as someone begins to execute it, it’s a flop. You take the reins and put a stop to the movement, program, etc. that isn’t working. As a coach, it’s my job to then problem solve and find another way to achieve the goals they want. But the member is always in the driver’s seat. Today we’re unpacking what that looks like and how you can be a better advocate for yourself.
