Life is full of unpredictable scenarios and curveballs. While we often find ourselves wanting to wait for the perfect time, the truth is, that time doesn’t exist. There is not perfect time and, in fact, there are life events that want to put a stop to our fitness journey. Instead of stopping, there’s huge power in pausing or slowing down.
