Life is full of unpredictable scenarios and curveballs. While we often find ourselves wanting to wait for the perfect time, the truth is, that time doesn’t exist. There is not perfect time and, in fact, there are life events that want to put a stop to our fitness journey. Instead of stopping, there’s huge power in pausing or slowing down. Today, we dive into what pausing might look like for you when life tries to throw you off track.
There are countless tools in my toolbox of programming options as a coach. I can design the perfect program on paper, but then the responsibility goes to the athlete. The responsibility goes to you. YOU have to take action and ownership over the program. Without it, the most perfect program on paper is useless.
