Summer brings about travel. Whether it’s for a day or a month, there’s countless events that have the potential to throw us off of our health and fitness goals. But, by taking the time to think about them before they happen, we put ourselves in a position to WIN. Whether we’re throwing caution to the wind and putting our goals to the side, or planning to stay on track for the trip, taking time to plan ahead of time can make all the difference.
