You adjust our workouts when we need it. You don’t get that a lot of places. You say ‘I’m in a lot of pain’ and they’ll tell you to just work through it. But that never made a lot of sense to me.
It’s funny. You think you need all these complex exercises, but it’s the smaller ones that don’t seem like much that make a difference. And then when they’re combined it’s helping you not trip or play pickle ball longer.
