Unity isn’t solely focused on fitness but also mindset, you met me where I was at, gave guidance and tools to meet my goals. I’ve gained more confidence in myself and actions, I’ve been able to help others gain confidence to start and/or continue their fitness paths. I also enjoy listening to The UFFDA podcast. It’s filled with great information from self awareness, fitness, nutrition, tips and “cheats” to be successful!
Having a coach is super helpful to ensure proper programs and movements to maximize workouts. You are great at explaining why and really care about my success. I like having Emily in the background encouraging and pushing me, especially in the last reps of a max out day!
